The cupboards feel really sturdy, and the doors line up nicely too. I’m very happy with them, honestly.

Delivery came right when they said it would, which was a nice surprise. The driver was friendly and helpful, and everything arrived in good shape. I’d checked in with support beforehand and they basically said, “No worries, it’s on schedule,” and they were right.

I used DIY Kitchens when we were sorting out our new kitchen, or at least the main bits of it. The planner took me a little while to figure out, but once I got going it was fairly straightforward and the prices/options were clear enough. Ordering was ok in the end, nothing too complicated. I've knocked a star off because there were a few things I felt I had to go back and check myself, just to be sure

We went with DIY Kitchens mainly because the price was so much better than the local quotes we’d had, when you’re already spending loads on a kitchen, every saving starts to feel like a small win. I remember staring at the quotes thinking surely cupboards shouldn’t cost quite that much, but anyway, DIY came in a lot more reasonable.

The units are decent for the money and they do look good now everything’s fitted. A few pieces arrived with little marks on them though, nothing dramatic, but enough that you notice when you’re unpacking it all and your brain is already full of measurements, hinges, and where you put the kettle. It did take a bit of chasing to get things sorted, which was a bit frustrating.

Overall, I’d say the value is alright. Not unbelievable, not terrible, just somewhere in the middle. If you’re trying to keep costs down and you don’t mind dealing with the odd issue along the way, it’s probably a decent option.

I had a small issue with my order and reached out to customer service. They got it sorted quick — well, it took about a day for them to reply, but once they did, everything was handled fine. All good in the end
